I am a pretty big fan of the NYX Lip Lingerie Liquid Lipsticks.
They're one of the more comfortable liquid lipstick formulas that I've tried, and I like the shade range features a bunch of nudes that suit pretty much every skin tone.
So when I saw that NYX had come out with a powder eyeshadow palette inspired by the Lip Lingerie Lipsticks, Lid Lingerie, I had to give it a try.
The concept is pretty simple: it features all matte neutral shades in a range of tones and depths.
The palette comes in a simple plastic compact, which features a clear lid so you can see the shades inside.
It contains six eyeshadows: a matte beige, a matte dusty lilac, a matte rust, a matte black brown, a matte peach, and a matte red brown.

I really like all of the shades in the palette -- the rust, peach, and red brown shades are my favorites -- and they're pretty basic colors that could work in a variety of looks.

That said, I think it's a nice supplemental palette to use with other shadows in your collection. I feel like it's always good to have a matte palette that offers some basic, neutral shades that you can work into other eye looks.
Especially when you consider that the palette retails for about $10 -- it's a pretty great value.
If you have a few good basic matte shadow palettes in your collection already, though, you can probably skip it. But if you're in the need of some nice, affordable mattes, this palette is a great option.
You can purchase it on the NYX website, at Ulta, and most places where you can purchase NYX products.
Have you tried the NYX Lid Lingerie Shadow Palette? Are you a fan?
