I've needed a lot of concealer over the past month.
Work's been stressing me out, I haven't been getting enough sleep, and I've been breaking out more than I have in almost 10 years.
It hasn't been much fun.
But it has given me the opportunity to revisit some of the concealers in my collection and see which ones really get the job done.
Of course, I'm a makeup junkie, so I had to try a couple of new ones too.
On a whim, I picked up the NYX Gotcha Covered Concealer when NYX was BOGO-1/2 off at Ulta a while back -- and I've got to say, I'm pretty impressed.
The concealer comes in a squeeze tube, so it's easy to dispense just the amount that you need. It is a thick, super creamy concealer with really good pigmentation, so a little goes a long way.

The concealer does have a dewy finish, though -- I actually prefer that, especially if I'm putting it under my eyes, but I know oily-skinned folks might not enjoy that much. You can take down some of the dewiness by powdering it, though, so it might still be worth a try.
NYX bills it as waterproof and long-lasting. I can vouch for the long-wearing claim -- when I set it with one of my usual powders, I don't have any issues with creasing or fading -- but I haven't really put the whole waterproof thing to the test.
I purchased it in the lightest shade, Ivory, and it's a good match for my very fair skin.

You can find it at the NYX website, Ulta, and anywhere you can purchase NYX cosmetics.
I definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the market for a full coverage concealer.
Have you tried the NYX Gotcha Covered Concealer? What's your favorite concealer these days?
