In my last post, I gushed about the ColourPop Super Shock Shadows.
Today, I'm going to gush about their Lippie Stix and Pencils, so if you're tired of hearing rave reviews about these bad boys, you may want to skip this one.
But if you're a fan of amazing, budget-friendly lip products, you definitely want to keep reading.
Like the Super Shock Shadows, the Lippie Stix and Pencils are all just $5 each -- and are available in a wide range of shades, including fun, unique colors like aqua and mint green.
The really cool thing is that every Lippie Stick has a corresponding lip pencil, so you never have to worry about finding a lip liner to go with your lipstick again.
(And ColourPop is smart because the Lippie Stix and Lip Pencils aren't the exact same color; the pencils are usually a tad darker than the lipsticks so you get nice definition.)
The Lippie Stix come in long, thin white plastic tubes that twist up to dispense the product. The lip pencils are in similar white plastic packaging, but they require sharpening.
I purchased three of the Lippie Stix by themselves, including: Bound, a glossy light nudish pink; Button, a satin dark peachy nude; and Lumiere, a matte dusty mauve pink.

My favorite finish is probably the satin because I think it delivers the best combination of pigmentation, wear time, and comfort of all the them.
(I feel like I should point out that the matte formula is also really nice, though; it's not like the usual matte lipstick that feels drying and shows off every crack in your lips. It feels good and lasts a long time, so a win all around.)
The lip pencils are some of the nicest I've tried in a long while, too -- the formula is nice and creamy so there's no dragging or tugging when you apply, but still dry enough that it'll stay in place and keep your lipstick from moving around too.
All of the shades I chose are lovely, but my favorites are probably Skimpy, which is a really wearable nude even for fair skin; Bound, which is a nice everyday pink; and Brink, which is a brown-y pink that fits the whole Kylie Jenner 90s trend pretty well.
I picked up Wet because I wanted to try something a little out of my comfort zone -- and boy is it ever! I'm still trying to find the best way to wear it, but I have found that it makes a good base if you want to darken up another lip color. Of course, if you're not super pale like me, it could be pretty all on its own, depending on the look you're going for.
In terms of scent, the Lippie Stix and Pencils all seem to have a faint vanilla/plastic-y kind of smell, but it doesn't last all that long.
As with the Super Shock Shadows, I definitely recommend picking up one or two (or 20...) of the Lippie Stix and Lip Pencils -- there are so many colors that there's bound to be an option for everyone.
Have you tried the ColourPop Lippie Stix and Pencils? Which shade is your favorite?
