As I mentioned yesterday,
QVC always has the best beauty
TSVs right around the holidays.
It makes sense, of course -- they make ideal gifts for all those makeup lovers on your list... or yourself.
There's nothing wrong with treating yourself, I always say.
The upcoming
bareMinerals Glamour Now TSV that will air on November 25th is definitely a treat in my book.
The kit includes:
- Brightening Pearl Perfect Light Mineral Veil Finishing Powder
- Ready Eyeshadow 4.0 in The Main Event
- Smoke & Define Double-Ended Kohl & Liquid Eyeliner
- Glamour Blush
- mini Ready Luminizer in The Magic Moment
- Lash Domination Volumizing Mascara
- Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss in Dazzler
- Contour Blush Brush
- Tapered Shadow Brush

The Brightening Pearl Perfect Light Mineral Veil Finishing Powder is a nice, lightweight finishing powder like the other
Mineral Veil products, but it has a subtle warmth and pearlescence to it that makes it especially pretty.
The Contour Blush Brush and
Tapered Shadow Brush are nice quality brushes and these feature pretty rose gold handles like the rest of the packaging in this kit.

The Ready Eyeshadow 4.0 in
The Main Event contains
Celebrate, a matte cream;
Ball Gown, a shimmery peach gold;
Cheers, a shimmery mushroom green; and
Stiletto, a matte burgundy plum with silver, pink, and purple micro-glitter.

As far as I know, all of the shades in the quad are new -- and they're a lovely combination. I've worn them just once, applied just as suggested in pamphlet included with the
TSV, but I loved the way they looked. I'm excited to play around different combinations.
The Smoke & Define Double-Ended Kohl & Liquid Eyeliner is a new product from
BE. There is a brown kohl pencil liner on one end that you can smudge out for smoky looks and a black felt tip liquid liner on the other end for precise lining.

I haven't had a chance to try this product out yet, but I'll update once I've had a chance. I'm completely inept when it comes to liquid liner, so I'm curious to see how easy this one is to use.
The Glamour Blush is a warm pink with subtle silver shimmer.

When I first saw the blush, I didn't think the shade would work with the colors in the shadow quad but the combination actually works really well.
The Ready Luminizer in
The Magic Moment is a shimmery rose gold highlight.

I've only had it for a few days, but I'm kind of obsessed with this highlighter. It's so pretty and will be perfect for the hoilday season, I think.
The Lash Domination Volumizing Mascara is in
Intense Black and is supposed to be a volumizing, lengthening, thickening and separating mascara.

I've tried a sample of this mascara and mentioned
how much I like it. It's actually my new favorite mascara -- I see it as more of a dramatic mascara so I don't necessarily wear it everyday but when I want bold lashes, this definitely delivers.
The mascara usually comes in a silver tube, but in the
Glamour Now kit, it's black.
The Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss in
Dazzler is sheer melon shade with subtle silver micro-glitter.

A peachy lip product? You know I'm in love.
But I'll admit I didn't think this shade would work well with the shadow quad, blush and luminizer either. It does, though.
All the products in the kit work really well together, actually. It's such a pretty look that can go from subtle to dramatic pretty easily.
The TSV will retail for $49.98 (plus s/h) when it airs on November 25th -- that's a staggeringly good deal when you consider that
Ready 4.0 Eyeshadows go for $30 each and the
Lash Domination Mascara is $18. It's like you're getting everything else in the kit for free.
And it's also available on auto-delivery, so you can get three additional kits with all new colors for the same great price.
If you're already a fan of
BE Ready Eyeshadows or you've been curious about them for a while, I definitely recommend checking out this kit.
Are you tempted by the
BE Glamour Now TSV?
Very gorgeous set! Thank you for sharing x
ReplyDeleteIt really is lovely. One of my favorite BE sets for sure. :)
DeleteI saw a review of this set reviewed on YouTube yesterday, and I couldn't resist picking it up (on AD, of course)! I'm looking forward to seeing what the AD shipments look like. :-) Thanks for the swatches.
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see the AD shipments either! Hope you enjoy the kit as much as I have been. :)
Deletelove that lip gloss colour! Do you know if it's in the permanent range?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, I don't think it is part of the permanent line. However, I have noticed that shades often turn up in BE kits for QVC that eventually go on to be sold separately. I'll keep an eye out and let you know if I hear anything about Dazzler being available outside of the kit. :)
